IncaPrime Properties uses information provided through this portal to manage applications, tenancies, rent records, documents, service requests, and account access.

Applications and screening documents

Rental applications may include residence history, employer contacts, income information and identification or income documents. Private application evidence is available to the applicant and authorized management, rather than other household members. Necessary information may be shared with an approved screening agency through its separate disclosure and authorization process. Application submission alone does not authorize a background or credit check.

Safeguards and retention

The portal uses account permissions and authenticated encryption for newly stored application answers and private uploaded document contents. We retain records for application, tenancy and legal needs. Contact management about access, correction or deletion; applicable obligations may require retaining certain records. No electronic system guarantees absolute security. This development deployment contains test data; operational retention and production security arrangements require review before real applicant information is collected.

Information in the portal

This may include your contact details, application information, uploaded documents, payment references, and conversations with management. Access to resident records is restricted by account and tenancy permissions.

Address search and validation

When enabled, address searches and address checks send the address text to Google Maps Platform. Google is not sent your application documents, income or household details for this purpose. Address matches do not verify identity, residency or ownership. Minor household members can be listed without their names or dates of birth. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Payments and notifications

When Stripe Checkout is used, payment details are entered with Stripe. The portal records payment status and references. System notifications use the configured email delivery provider.

Cookie choices and accessibility preferences are saved in this browser. Optional analytics and advertising tools are not currently installed. Read the Cookie Notice.
